You will own planning, analysis, reporting, and forecasting to support leadership decisions and drive scalable processes. We value strong problem solving, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field is required.
• MBA or CPA is preferred for advanced financial analysis and leadership.
• Experience building and automating financial reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Present financial reports that provide visibility to key inputs to leadership.
• Drive the annual financial planning and budgeting process.
• Develop forecasting models and metrics to analyze portfolio performance.
• Own processes to ensure timely, accurate financials and reporting.
• Provide analytical support on ad hoc projects and insights.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve financial performance.
