AutoNation is seeking a dynamic F&I Manager to lead financing decisions and bridge the gap between sales and lending. You will tailor financing options for customers, present clear pricing menus, and process transactions with strict compliance. Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process.

• Process finance transactions and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build referrals.
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals and maintain product knowledge.
