Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and transition them from Sales to Finance during vehicle purchase.
• Develop relationships with customers and employees to support the sales process.
• Determine financing needs and payment options based on consultative interview.
• Present a fully transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions and ensure compliance with all state and federal laws.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
• Build rapport to create a base of referrals and set sales goals.
• Gain product knowledge to effectively help customers and ensure timely administrative processes.
