Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or equivalent with 5+ years in a quantitative role.

• 6+ years building financial models and delivering insights with measurable impact.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• Experience with SQL/ETL and large-scale data mining/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance Planning process for WW 3rd Party Fuse partnerships.
• Influence senior leaders with financial insights to accelerate growth.
• Design and build financial models maximizing strategic impact of MBD partnerships.
• Create methods to assess incremental value of partnerships and customer segments.
• Develop metrics and benchmarking to track efficiency and progress.
• Collaborate with marketing measurement and XCM Finance on analytics tools.
• Drive thought leadership in quantifying value of customer behaviors.
• Identify and implement AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis and reporting.
• Champion AI-first problem solving across finance processes.
