Job summary

Amazon Advertising Finance is seeking a Finance Manager to join our Ad Tech team, supporting Streaming TV and Audio initiatives. You will partner with product, sales, and finance to size opportunities, evaluate partnerships, set goals, analyze massive data, and craft strategic documents to influence decisions.

You will size opportunities for new launches, analyze bidding and auction data, and develop metrics to communicate business health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics or related analytical field.
• 3+ years of tax, finance or related analytical field experience.
• 3+ years applying KPIs to analyses.
• 3+ years identifying and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize, or simplify finance or business tools and processes.
• Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and financial systems (Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).

Responsibilities

• Partner with the business on strategic initiatives and size opportunities of new product launches.
• Analyze supply, demand, and auction data to provide tangible insights for real-time decision making.
• Establish new performance metrics to track business health and drive deep dives.
• Write 1-6 page strategy documents.
• Lead quarterly guidance and yearly operational plans including revenue forecasting.
