Amazon Pharmacy is transforming health care with a customer-centric, digital-forward approach. As Finance Manager, you will lead FP&A for Pharmacy, owning planning cycles, forecasting, and LRP with cross-functional collaboration.

You’ll surface insights for executive leadership and shape the operating model for AI-augmented FP&A at scale. You will apply AI to FP&A workflows (forecasting, reporting, close) and build reusable tooling, while maintaining controllership and delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience
• 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience

Responsibilities

• Lead Pharmacy FP&A to drive end-to-end planning cycles (OP1/OP2) and quarterly guidance.
• Own Long Range Planning (LRP) with cross-functional coordination and executive materials.
• Deliver high-quality executive narratives with strong judgment under tight timelines.
