Job summary

Fury Ford Waconia in Waconia, MN is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to guide customers through the final steps of vehicle purchases by structuring deals, securing financing, and presenting finance products with ethics and transparency.

You will work with customers, Sales Managers, lenders, and the dealership team to deliver a smooth, professional experience and to maintain strong lender relationships and timely funding.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, lender requirements, and Fury policies.
• Prepare accurate funding packets and help minimize contracts in transit.

In this role, you will guide customers through the final steps of the vehicle-buying process by structuring deals, securing financing, presenting finance and insurance products, and ensuring every transaction is completed accurately and ethically.

You will work closely with customers, Sales Managers, lenders, and other dealership team members to provide a smooth, transparent, and professional experience.

What You’ll Do

• Present financing options and F&I products clearly, accurately, and professionally.
• Conduct a complete menu presentation for every customer.
• Review and verify all deal documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Submit credit applications and deal information to lenders.
• Secure financing approvals and identify competitive lending options.
• Structure deals in partnership with Sales Managers.
• Explain payment options, rates, terms, warranties, and protection products.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, lender requirements, and Fury policies.
• Prepare accurate funding packets and help minimize contracts in transit.
• Maintain strong lender relationships and stay current on available programs.
• Process cancellations and refunds for GAP coverage, service contracts, and other products.
• Ensure backend products are documented and posted accurately.
• Assist with customer questions involving rebates and manufacturer incentives.
• Support the training and development of junior F&I team members.
• Help deliver an efficient, trustworthy, and positive customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Two or more years of automotive dealership finance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing, F&I products, lender programs, and compliance requirements.
• Proven sales, negotiation, and closing skills.

Schedule

This is a full-time position. Evening and weekend availability may be required based on dealership business needs.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This position works primarily in an office and showroom environment with frequent customer and team interaction. The role requires the ability to:

• Sit for extended periods while assisting customers.
• Walk throughout the showroom and dealership.
• Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.

Compensation

$120,000–$300,000 per year, based on experience and performance.
