Job summary

Complyance is a fully AI-native platform delivering GRC solutions. We are seeking a Finance Operations Associate to help build and scale the Finance and Ops function.

You will own day-to-day finance operations while developing systems, processes, and reporting that enable rapid growth. You’ll work closely with the Director of Finance and Operations to support month-end close, payroll coordination, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or management accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience supporting budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve internal finance systems, controls, and workflows.
• Support month-end close, expense reviews, reconciliations, and budget updates.
• Coordinate payroll and pension administration with external providers.
• Support purchase orders, supplier invoices, and payments.
• Develop financial policies and ensure internal controls compliance.
• Maintain accurate financial records with external accountants.
• Prepare financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with teams to streamline procurement processes.
• Design scalable finance processes as the company grows.
