  • Translate data into insights, explain variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Utilize COE dashboards, KPIs, models, and Data & Insights support to monitor performance and standardize analysis.
  • Connect operational metrics to financial outcomes across functions and deliver clear financial stories that support timely decisions.

  • Quantify benefits, track savings, validate results, and bring finance input into discussions early.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, governance standards, audit readiness, and data integrity while balancing financial rigor with practical business needs.
  • Mentor junior finance team members to strengthen finance capability and improve finance tools, processes, and ways of working.
  • Evaluate and support optimal sourcing, supplier, and spend-management decisions, including sourcing strategy development and financial analysis, supplier negotiations, and contract reviews.
  • Analyze purchase price variance, inflation, and productivity, recommending corrective actions where necessary.
  • Identify, validate, and track cost savings opportunities.
  • Strengthen procedures around supplier spend, purchase commitments, and contract compliance.
  • Support procurement-related cash flow forecasting and working capital management, including supplier payment terms, purchase commitments, and inventory impacts.
  • Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations to evaluate inventory replenishment strategies, balancing service levels, cost efficiency, and cash flow objectives.
Essential Skills
  • Expertise in finance, financial reporting, and costing.
  • Experience in Food & Agriculture, with secondary preference for Manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in demand planning, commodities, financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 610+ years of progressive finance experience, including business partnering, FP&A, or operational finance.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, co-manufacturing, supply chain, or complex operational environment.
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority and build trusted partnerships with leaders.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to translate financial concepts for non-finance audiences.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
