• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Proven ability to analyze financial statements and communicate insights to leadership.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and business partnering abilities.
• Prior experience within a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement operational efficiencies across finance and accounting operations.
• Support corporate reporting requirements and contribute to strategic initiatives and decision-making.

Work Environment

This role is based on-site in a fast-growing aerospace manufacturing facility in Springfield, MA. The Finance Manager works closely with operational and leadership teams in a dynamic, production-oriented environment that emphasizes collaboration between finance and operations. The position is structured as a contract role with the potential to transition to a permanent position in 2027 for a candidate who demonstrates strong performance and alignment with organizational needs.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of West Springfield, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $67.31/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
