Job summary

FuseGlobal is seeking a Finance Manager for a remote US-based role with an initial 6-month term and potential to extend. You will lead cross-functional programs, set pace, define vision, and organize project governance to deliver value for the company.

Required: 10+ years in project management, experience with SAP or similar rollouts, PMP certification, and strong stakeholder management. Travel 15-20% and the ability to drive change across operating companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• Willing to travel 15-20%.
• 10+ years of Project Management experience across process/IT/M&A initiatives.
• Experience with SAP or other technical rollouts.
• Project Management Certification required (e.g. PMP).
• Change Management Certification preferred (e.g. Prosci, HCI).
• Stakeholder management on large-scale transitions.

Title: Finance Manager
Location: Remote (candidates must be located in the United States)
Company: Fortune 100 Food & Beverage Manufacturing(FuseGlobal has worked with this company for 20 years)
Initial term: 6months (position expected to run longer)

About This Role:

Pace-Setting:

• Defining clear roles and responsibilities for a project
• Managing through influence rather than direct reports
• Setting the tone and the urgency for the effort
• Working across the functions and business to seek understanding and build a shared vision
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and Operating Companies to ensure fully integrated solutions.
• Leveraging project management fundamentals and experience to apply the best approach for project success

• Communicating vertically and horizontally within organization
• Driving stakeholder engagement across large-scale, complex programs at all levels of leadership within the organization.
• Ensuring all stakeholders embrace and adopt changes in a sustainable manner, embedding these changes into the organization.

Business Acumen:

• Maintaining a thorough understanding of the North American landscape and overall environment
• Understanding the big picture and how the project will deliver value for the company

What You’ll Do:

• Create/facilitate the documentation of project vison, purpose, goal and how to get there.
• Develop strategy and approach at various levels: program, project, phase, etc.
• Organize Projects: project org structure, roles and responsibilities, meeting cadence.
• Calculate and Manage Risks.
• Facilitate creation and approval of Business Case through Portfolio process.
• Monitor execution and deliver program/project reporting: status reports and analysis for management on an on-going basis; tracking and resolving issues; escalating issues and managing escalations through established governance.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure project scope and plans are adhered to; ensuring proposed changes are aligned with objectives and conducted in accordance with agreed upon project change processes.
• Provide leadership and training to teams related to project management, integration, and prioritization activities.
• Understand and support the development of a change management strategy and communication material for specific programs changes.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree with emphasis in Business Administration preferred
• Must be willing to travel 15-20%
• Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience, varying roles, process/IT/M&A initiatives
• Experience with SAP or other technical rollouts
• Project Management Certification required (e.g. PMP)
• Change Management Certification preferred (e.g. Prosci, HCI)
• Stakeholder management or large-scale transition projects
• Mid-size to large organizational change/transitions
