FuseGlobal in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Product Innovation Program Manager to support delivery of innovation initiatives and maintain portfolio data across systems.

This role blends hands-on project coordination with data support to keep projects on track and portfolio information accurate. You will work with cross-functional teams to track progress, manage risks, and provide reliable information for leadership visibility and governance activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years' experience in project/program management and/or product development in a CPG environment.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar system.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to data accuracy.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and fast-paced environments; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize and lead teams for execution of strategic and tactical projects across multiple brands for North America.
• Develop end-to-end project plans aligning requirements to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.
• Manage risks and changes; serve as neutral project voice to stakeholders.
• Drive informed decisions for senior leaders and maintain Marketing Ops frameworks.
• Evolve processes, tools, and ways of working within Marketing Operations.
• Maintain and update innovation portfolio data across systems and tools.
• Audit data for accuracy and assist in standardizing data formats and templates.

Job description

Title: Product Innovation Program Manager
Location: St. Louis, MO
Company: Fortune 100 Food & Beverage Manufacturing (FuseGlobal has worked with this company for 20 years)
Initial term: 6 months(position expected to run longer)
Schedule: Onsite Monday - Thursday, Friday WFH

About This Role:

We are looking for an agile, detail-oriented professional to support the delivery of innovation initiatives and the day-to-day maintenance of our innovation portfolio data. This role combines hands-on project coordination with portfolio data support, helping ensure that projects stay on track and that portfolio information is accurate, up-to-date, and usable.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to track progress, maintain data across systems, and support reporting and governance activities. This role is critical in enabling smooth execution of innovation projects and providing reliable information for team coordination and leadership visibility.

What You'll Do:

As a Project Manager:

• Mobilize and lead teams for execution of strategic and tactical projects ranging in complexities across multiple brands for the North American market
• Align project goals and develop end to end project plans integrating requirements and activities to ensure on time, in scope delivery of product to meet project objectives and key success criteria
• Manage risks and changes with proficiency
• Manage key stakeholders and execute role as the neutral, objective voice of the project
• Drive fast and informed decision making to Senior leaders in the organization
• Champion Marketing Ops framework(s) and ensure programs, roles/ responsibilities are executed consistently within the stated requirements (internal framework, I2L (Idea to Launch) Framework)
• Evolve processes, tools, and ways of working within ownership of Marketing Operations

As a Data Analyst

• Maintain and update innovation portfolio data across systems and tools
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency through regular audits and clean-up activities
• Support teams in entering and updating project data, acting as a go-to resource for questions and troubleshooting
• Track key portfolio metrics, flag discrepancies or gaps and drive resolution
• Assist in standardizing data formats, naming conventions, and templates

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 3+ years' experience in project/program management and/or product development in a CPG environment
• Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar system
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
• Clear and professional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset
