Job summary

A leading technology firm in Sunnyvale, California is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to consolidate departmental forecasts and develop advanced financial models. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of corporate finance experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Job description

Overview

We develop GPU‑accelerated RAID for NVMe SSDs, delivering breakthrough performance for customers with demanding, latency‑sensitive, and data‑intensive workloads. Our customers count on us for deep technical expertise and highly responsive support as they integrate our solutions into their Linux and Windows environments.

Responsibilities
  • Consolidate and manage departmental forecasts across various functions, ensuring accuracy and alignment
  • Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support scenario planning for product launches, pricing strategies, revenue growth, and scalability
  • Reviewexpense reports to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Reviewpayment requests and manage Inventory data to provide accurate reports
  • Create detailed financial reports to support strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure data consistency and alignment
  • Reconcile and manage large datasets to produce accurate financial reporting and analysis
  • Participate in month-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Continuously refine forecasting processes and models to improve accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance or accounting roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and corporate finance principles
  • Proven ability to manage and reconcile complex datasets with a high degree of accuracy
  • Experience providing data-driven insights and executive-level financial reporting
  • Solid knowledge of month-end close processes and financial analysis techniques
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with financial planning tools such as Quickbook and ZOHO is a plus

Pay Range: $100,000 - $140,000

The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects a minimum and maximum target. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
