DARCARS Automotive Group is now hiring for an automotive Finance and Insurance Manager!

As the Finance & Insurance Manager, you will oversee the financial transactions of the vehicle purchase process for customers, both in person and virtually through our digital retailing platform. You will work with lenders to secure bank approvals, actively participate in the sales process, prepare financial paperwork, and consult with staff on DMV regulations.

Qualifications:

• Prior finance & insurance manager experience preferred
• Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays
• Must be at least eighteen years of age
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the sales team and customers to assist in the financial buying process
• Consult and sell finance & insurance warranties to customers
• Produce and submit accurate paperwork for title work and funding in a timely manner
• Achieve monthly objectives
• Meet deadlines for customer paperwork submission to lenders and accounting
• Handle customer money securely during transactions and turn it into accounting
• Adhere to all local and national regulations and advise the sales team on legal updates
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Maintain excellent reputation with lenders and vendors
• Present finance and insurance options clearly, explaining warranty packages
• Assist sales staff with explaining lending options and warranties to customers
• Develop relationships with bank and manufacturer representatives and meet with them monthly
• Maintain high CSI scores
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
• Stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Think strategically to find solutions for customers
• Be self-motivated and a team player
• Understand tag and title laws and DMV regulations
