Now hiring for an Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager!

As the Finance & Insurance Manager, you will oversee the financial transactions involved in vehicle purchases for customers, both in person and through our digital retailing platform. Your responsibilities include working with lenders, participating in the sales process, preparing financial paperwork, and advising staff on DMV regulations.

Qualifications:

• Prior automotive sales consultant experience required; 1-3 years
• Experience as a finance & insurance manager preferred
• Availability to work evenings and Saturdays
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings

Responsibilities:

• Assist sales team and customers with the financial aspects of vehicle purchasing
• Consult and sell finance & insurance warranties
• Prepare and submit accurate paperwork for titles and funding in a timely manner
• Meet monthly objectives and deadlines
• Manage customer funds during transactions and coordinate with accounting
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and advise on recent changes in laws
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Maintain excellent relationships with lenders and vendors
• Present finance and insurance options clearly, including warranty packages
• Support sales staff with lending and warranty explanations
• Develop relationships with bank and manufacturer representatives
• Maintain high CSI scores
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
• Stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Think strategically to find solutions for customers
• Be self-motivated and a team player
• Understand tag and title laws, DMV regulations
