This role will focus on ensuring compliance with accounting standards while driving financial accuracy and providing strategic insights to support business growth.

Position Overview

The Finance Manager will oversee core accounting and financial operations for a key business unit, including consolidations, intercompany activities, and compliance with GAAP/IFRS. This individual will play a critical role in financial planning, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead monthly close and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage consolidations and intercompany reconciliations.
Oversee treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
Prepare review financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Support audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements.
Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial projections aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams on financial planning and strategic initiatives.
Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial operations.
Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests as needed.
