Job description

Leeds Professional Resources is working with a client in Lancaster seeking a Finance Manager. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data through queries, ad-hoc reports, and other tools to support reporting needs across financial performance, headcount/FTE, and sales metrics.

  1. Partner with the M&A team to provide financial modeling to support the integration of new Mergers & Acquisitions.
  2. Provide business units with financial reporting, KPIs, and metrics, including daily/weekly receipts tracking.
  3. Manage the budgeting & forecasting process, maintain models, and ensure data is properly loaded into financial systems.
  4. Report on financial performance for leadership reviews.
  5. Extract data from accounting systems to load into Oracle ePBCS, ensuring alignment between systems and entities.
  6. Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and recommend improvements.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and at least 5 years of accounting and financial planning & analysis experience.
