LAZ Parking in Dallas is seeking a Finance Manager to report to the Senior General Manager and assist the Senior General Manager and General Managers in all aspects of financial operations. You will oversee financial reporting, client invoicing, budgeting, and daily reconciliation to keep operations aligned with approved budgets.

The Finance Manager will report to the Senior General Manager and will assist the Senior General Manager and General Managers in all aspects of the financial operations. The Finance Manager will serve as the on-site point of contact for matters relating to financial reporting and/or audit requests as well as be responsible for creating accurate and timely client invoices and ensure the operations and maintenance teams are operating within the approved budgets. The Finance Manager will work on daily reconciliation processes and tasks in compliance with the finance department as well as with the administrator. The Finance Manager will also ensure we are following all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as stipulated in our Agreement with our client to ensure we are reporting accurately and providing the required information as outlined in the contract. This position will be supported by a Regional Controller and Home Office Accounting. The Finance Manager will support and oversee a Financial Analyst.
