ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the accounting function and collaborate with business leaders on strategy and performance. Based at our Woodbridge, Ontario facility, you will ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and drive cost reductions and productivity improvements.
You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and close processes, while expanding the use of BI tools and internal controls within a matrix organization.

In this hands-on role, you will report directly to the Vice President of Finance of the Door Group and be responsible for the coordination and execution of all daily activities of the Accounting Department in order to ensure the timely and accurate reporting of the financial results of the Company.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000 and $135,000. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and overall alignment with the role.
This position is classified as exempt or salaried and is not eligible for overtime pay. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in the company's bonus program, where applicable.
