V2V Management Solutions is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic support for healthcare clients. The role focuses on ensuring data integrity, modeling profitability, and driving operational efficiency.

The position is primarily on-site in Boise, Idaho, with responsibilities spanning monthly closing, forecasting, billing oversight, and compliance. A CPA or MBA and 5+ years of finance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience.
• Experience in healthcare and/or consulting preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Excel.
• Experience working in a distributed team environment.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate financial insights for non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and standards.
• Manage external relationships (CPA firm, auditors, tax advisors).
• Identify and implement improvements to financial systems and workflows.
• Support automation and scalability of financial operations.

We partner with providers, clinics, hospitals, payers, and healthcare leaders to deliver data-driven insights and sustainable solutions. Finance Manager. This is a New Position - Demand will Develop over time... 20-30 Hours Per Week (Consistently 30+ Hours Qualifies for Benefits). This is a primarily on-site position in Boise, Idaho and is profiled at 30-40 hours per week. Work hours within the Pacific and/or Mountain Time Zones.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting
