Finance Management Summer Analyst Program – 2027 | Bank of America
The Tone:

This is a temporary summer internship at Bank of America. Bank of America is a large financial institution that provides a diverse range of banking and nonbanking financial services and products domestically and internationally in more than 35 countries. This role is crucial as talented, engaged, and satisfied employees are the foundation to help make the financial lives of our customers and clients better. The Finance Management Summer Analyst Program provides an introduction to the company’s overall financial management vision and culture.

The Must-Haves
  • Background: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or accelerated (4+1) degree program, with a final graduation date between November 2027 and August 2028. This is an Entry-Level role focusing on core financial management and accounting principles.
  • Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience through student organizations, prior internships, or academic projects.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, basic financial and accounting knowledge (including understanding financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting), proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis), and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bonus: Preferred GPA of 3.2 or higher. Common areas of study include Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Analytics, or Information Systems with a finance focus.
