Uline, Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, invites you to join a three-year Finance Leadership Trainee program. You will rotate through Collections, Cash Applications, Accounts Payable, Tax and Credit, gaining hands-on experience and leadership exposure.

You\'ll work with senior leaders, build key financial skills, and secure a placement in a leadership role after completing the program. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and strong analytical abilities are required;

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior leadership and customer service experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review customer data and documentation such as invoices, tax exemption certificates, and financial statements.
• Contact customers via phone and email to assist with financial matters.
• Develop leadership skills to guide team performance, deliver exceptional customer service, and build relationships with internal and external teams.
