Job summary

Uline’s three-year training program in the Finance Department offers rotations through Collections, Cash Applications, Accounts Payable, Tax and Credit to build a strong foundation for your career.

You will gain leadership experience, network with senior leaders, and aim for a leadership role upon completion. The program emphasizes hands-on learning and on-site collaboration with a large, established team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prior leadership and customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review customer data and documentation such as invoices, tax exemption certificates, and financial statements.
• Contact customers via phone and email to assist them with financial matters.
• Develop leadership skills to guide team performance, deliver exceptional customer service, and build relationships with internal and external teams.
