Job summary

BD is seeking a Summer Analyst for its Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) at the Global Headquarters in Franklin Lakes, NJ. You will work closely with a manager, receive mentorship, and participate in networking and development activities within the BD Intern Program.

The role targets undergraduate students planning to graduate between December 2027 and June 2028, majoring in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Healthcare Management, and willing to relocate for rotational opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently an enrolled student pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Expected to graduate between December 2027 - June 2028.
• Majoring in Finance, Accounting, Business, Healthcare Management or related fields.
• Willingness to relocate for rotational opportunities in the full-time program.
• Prior internship or co-op in Finance is helpful but not required.
• Strong leadership potential and communication skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Internships based at our Global Headquarters in Franklin Lakes, NJ; start date June 7, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support business planning and analysis for Finance projects.
• Assist in cost accounting and financial systems tasks.
• Contribute to internal audit and treasury activities.
