Job summary

You'll develop skills in budgeting, valuation, and strategic decision-making, with exposure to EBITDA, capital projects, and process improvements, plus potential rotation into a Finance Leadership Program for high performers.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, business, or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.5 preferred.
• Strong interest in corporate finance and leadership opportunities.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to build professional relationships.
• Willingness to work in and travel to manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with quarterly Board presentations and materials.
• Support budgeting and forecasting with analytics.
• Collaborate with pricing and commercial finance on revenue initiatives.
• Build financial models and ROI analyses for projects.
• Analyze performance across mills, plants, customers, products, and regions.
• Participate in month-end close and financial reporting.
• Develop DCF models for capex decisions.
• Improve reporting processes and data accuracy across the organization.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and create meaningful reporting for leadership.
• Create EBITDA bridges to explain drivers and support improvements.
• Lead independent projects and contribute to key priorities.
