Job summary

Carrier invites applicants to its Finance Leadership Program (FLP), a 3-year rotational program built to expose associates to diverse finance functions and regional teams. You will rotate through Accounting, FP&A, Operations Finance, and Investor Relations across multiple locations, with relocation and travel supported.

Starting mid-June 2027, you will join a structured development path with mentorship from senior leaders, and access to Carrier’s Employee Scholar Program and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance is required.
• GPA must be ≥ 3.0.
• Willingness to relocate for rotations; travel 5% minimum.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Less than one year of full-time professional work experience.

The program includes collaboration with FLP’s around the globe, as well as Carrier leadership programs across other functional areas, to develop skills and tools required for a successful career at Carrier.**Key Responsibilities**Rotations are designed to expose associates to multiple segments and functions which may include Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Operations Finance, and Investor Relations, among other Finance functions based on business need. Rotation locations are updated annually and may include Florida, North Carolina, Indiana, or others. Relocation based on annual role assignment and travel for training events during the program is required and covered by the Company.The program provides a continuing educational focus throughout the rotational experience which may include trainings, events, and various case studies. FLP associates receive mentoring from program alumni and executives.
