Job summary

TeleTracking is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Finance to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, procurement strategy, and working capital optimization across the organization. The role partners with executive leadership to drive disciplined growth, enhance liquidity, and strengthen financial governance.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of executive finance leadership experience, a CPA or MBA, and a proven track record in multi-entity, multi-state

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive executive finance leadership experience.
• Experience as CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent senior finance leadership roles within private or institutionally owned organizations.
• Strong experience leading GAAP financial reporting, audit management, lender relationships, and enterprise financial governance.
• Experience managing multi-entity, multi-state, and international finance operations.
• Experience overseeing ERP implementations, post-acquisition integration, organizational scaling, or operational transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for accounting operations and financial reporting, ensuring GAAP compliance and timely statements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance management with actionable insights.
• Oversee procurement strategy, vendor governance, and contract negotiations to optimize cost of ownership.
• Lead cash flow and working capital management, liquidity planning, and lender relationships.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing finance and FP&A teams; drive data-driven decision-making.
