You will oversee audits, tax filings, liquidity forecasting, and governance of new legal entities while developing finance talent and strengthening internal controls.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-entity organizations.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with international tax and transfer pricing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee treasury structure, bank relationships, liquidity management, and reporting.
• Lead domestic and international tax compliance activities and external advisor coordination.
• Govern new legal entities: accounting setup, tax compliance, payroll coordination, reporting.
