NorthPoint Search Group seeks a VP of Finance in Alpharetta, GA to lead FP&A, finance strategy, and operations. This hands-on role requires building scalable financial systems, driving data-driven decisions, and partnering across functions to accelerate growth.

The position offers a base salary in the $170k–$200k range with a 20% bonus potential, strong benefits, and a clear path to CFO. In-office role supporting rapid scaling from $150M revenue.

Qualificações

• 10-15+ years in finance, FP&A, or accounting.
• Hands-on leadership with finance function build-out.
• Experience in high-growth/scaling environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Own FP&A and financial reporting.
• Develop bank reporting and financial visibility.
• Build scalable financial infrastructure and processes.
• Support post-merger integration.
• Deliver actionable insights to leadership.
• Create visual dashboards and reporting.
• Partner cross-functionally to drive growth and performance.
• Leverage Sage Intacct for reporting and control.
