Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience leading improvement efforts in production, quality, or profitability.
• Experience with change management/transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Set operational strategies to meet safety, productivity, quality, and profitability goals.
• Develop team to solve day-to-day issues and achieve performance goals.
• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
• Monitor capacity and coordinate with other sites for on-time delivery.
• Prepare and manage annual financial plan with forecasting and performance review.
• Ensure maintenance and security of facilities and equipment.
