Job summary

A leading hospitality organization seeks a Senior Finance Leader in Franklin, TN, responsible for financial and accounting functions in luxury hospitality. The individual will drive financial performance through strong analysis and governance, oversee budgeting, forecasts, and compliance while leading the finance team. This role requires over 7 years of experience in hospitality and a degree in Finance or Accounting. Offering a salary range of $125,000 - $155,000 annually with bonuses.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in hospitality such as hotel or hospital.
• 3 years in a senior financial leadership role.
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership to drive organizational performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasts, and cash flow planning for accuracy.
