A leading, national $3B organization is seeking an experienced Financial Systems Senior Manager to lead and optimize their financial systems, reporting, and analytics capabilities. This key role will be responsible for managing their financial technology stack, integrating new technologies, and supporting M&A integration initiatives. You will leverage your deep knowledge of financial systems to drive continuous improvements and strategic decision-making.
This role requires exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills, working extensively with non-financial partners such as Business IT, HR, Operations, and other cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and executive leadership to define business requirements and implement strategic solutions.
- Manage and optimize financial systems, including the ERP platform (Microsoft Dynamics F&O), ensuring integrity, efficiency, and compliance.
- Own EPM processes and build sophisticated financial dashboards analytical tools to support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and senior management decision-making.
- Drive integration of EPM solutions and other financial technologies, especially around mergers and acquisitions (M&A), to support seamless financial operations.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and automation within financial operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience managing financial systems and technologies.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), SQL, and Power BI.
- Proven track record building financial dashboards and FP&A analytics tools.
- Experience managing financial technology integrations, particularly within M&A contexts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Microsoft Fabric.
- Knowledge or experience with AI-driven financial solutions.
- Familiarity with Python and/or C++ coding to enhance system functionality and automation.
- Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
