Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in New York seeks a Senior Finance Manager to lead the AWS Marketplace and Partner Services finance team. You will drive planning, analysis, decision support, and controllership for one of AWS’s most strategic channels.

This role requires strong financial modeling, a track record of leading teams, and the ability to work with stakeholders across accounting, FP&A, and engineering to influence business decisions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of finance, accounting, or related analytical field experience.
• 10+ years of positions that require analysis and reporting financial results experience.
• 5+ years of hiring, leading and developing teams experience.
• 8+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• MBA or CPA preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead key analytical projects that increase controllership and drive cross functional policy decisions, impacting working capital and seller satisfaction.
• Build deep working knowledge of our revenue systems and how they interact across AWS tech stacks.
• Build out and enhance financial models, develop business insights, and lead ad hoc analyses.
• Collaborate with business development and engineering team to drive revenue growth. Own variance analysis, identify risks and opportunities, tell the story with data.
• Serve as the CFO for Marketplace and Partner Engineering, working closely with the service VP.
• Build, develop and lead a high performing team of finance professionals.
