Job summary

National Carwash Solutions (NCS) seeks a Head of Chemical Finance to manage the monthly close, reporting, and budgeting for the Chemistry Business Unit. You will lead a team of accountants, partner with the Controller, and drive profitability, pricing strategy, and liquidity improvements across North America.

The role requires deep financial management experience, cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing, and a strong control environment to support growth and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of financial management, financial reporting, or financial analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, PowerPoint; BI tools helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly close process and general accounting with strong controls.
• Lead finance activities for the Chemistry BU, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Support pricing decisions and profitability analysis for contracts (CPC and by-barrel).
• Develop complete P&L with insights and drive cost optimization and liquidity.
