Job summary

National Carwash Solutions is seeking a seasoned Financial Controller for our De Pere, WI Chemistry facility. This role leads the plant's accounting, cost accounting, close processes, and internal controls, partnering with operations and corporate finance to drive margin and profitability.

The successful candidate will own the standard costing system, manage a small accounting team, support audits, and contribute to NetSuite implementation and IT/ERP transformation across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 8+ years in accounting/finance field.
• Strong knowledge and experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with budgeting, variance analysis and management reporting.
• Leadership and management experience.
• Chemicals or industrial manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the finance and accounting business partner to plant leadership and operations.
• Own the month-end close process, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Lead the standard costing system across the plant and ERP platform.
• Analyze standard cost variances and drive corrective action with operations.
• Oversee inventory counts and variance resolution.
• Support audits and ensure key controls documentation.
• Evaluate and strengthen internal controls and procedures.
• Support NetSuite implementation and IT/ERP transformation.
• Partner with management on capital expenditure tracking and project accounting.
