Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an Assistant Controller in Lebanon, OH for a hands-on finance leadership role. The position offers direct exposure to the CEO, oversight of a small team, and the opportunity to influence business operations in a private equity-backed environment.

This onsite role focuses on accounting operations, month-end close, and accurate financial reporting, with potential for advancement to a Controller-level position for high performers.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Progressive accounting and finance experience in small to mid-sized firms.
• Public accounting audit experience preferred.
• Experience supervising staff and managing accounting operations.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage the finance and administration team.
• Oversee accounting operations, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Manage accounts payable and support customer invoicing, project setup, and contract administration.
• Coordinate with external tax, audit, and accounting partners.
