Job summary

White Circle is seeking a hands-on Finance Lead to own day-to-day accounting and finance operations across US entities, focusing on US GAAP. You will manage close, reporting, and cash flow, partnering with external accountants and auditors.

The role involves budgeting, forecasting, and building financial models to inform hiring, pricing, and fundraising decisions. You’ll actively look for process improvements and automation to scale as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on US GAAP accounting and financial close ownership.
• Ability to run multi-entity finance operations and reporting.
• Experience building financial models for forecasting and planning.
• Capable of independent ownership without a large team.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day accounting across entities and US GAAP reporting.
• Manage monthly close, reporting, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with outside accountants, tax advisors, and auditors.
• Build financial models for hiring, spending, pricing, and fundraising.
• Identify opportunities to automate finance workflows.
