Job summary

Deloitte’s SAP Public Cloud Centre of Excellence in Manchester seeks a senior Finance (FI/CO) lead to own end-to-end delivery on S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition engagements across multiple clients. You will shape scope with client finance directors, run Fit-to-Standard workshops, and ensure configuration quality through go-live.

You will manage a team of SAP consultants, drive their development, utilization and performance, and oversee plan, budget, risk and commercial aspects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Finance (FI/CO) workstreams through SAP implementations.
• Hands-on delivery of S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Finance using Fit-to-Standard.
• Experience managing and developing teams of SAP consultants.
• Leading workshops and design decisions with senior client finance stakeholders.
• Experience managing plan, budget, risks and commercials of a workstream.

Responsibilities

• Lead FI/CO delivery on S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition engagements across multiple clients, shaping scope with client finance directors and programme leads.
• Chair Fit-to-Standard workshops and own configuration quality, testing, cutover and go-live.
• Manage the Finance team on engagements, their development, utilisation and performance; oversee commercial health of the workstream.
• Lead bids and proposals, shaping solutions, estimates and demonstrations; grow Finance accelerators reused across clients.
