Job summary

Deloitte UK is seeking an experienced leader to drive ERP transformation programmes, focusing on SAP S/4HANA cloud initiatives across multiple industries. You will guide governance, coordinate large delivery teams, and influence executive stakeholders to deliver sustainable business value.

You will work in a hybrid model with global colleagues, fostering leadership and continuous development while aligning with Deloitte’s values and standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience of programme management on ERP implementations across all phases of a programme lifecycle.
• Extensive experience influencing stakeholders in senior client positions.
• Thought leadership in latest delivery SAP programme methodology, phases and activities.
• Expertise in delivering good governance of ERP implementations, including risk mitigation, dependency management and effective programme planning.
• Good knowledge of SAP products, including S/4HANA.
• Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Leadership of large teams including onsite, offshore and third parties.

Responsibilities

• Lead programme management functions on large scale transformation programmes.
• Ensure governance of transformation projects and deliverables.
• Manage large delivery teams to design end-to-end solutions.
• Guide executive decisions with knowledge of SAP offerings and best practices.
• Inspire and develop junior colleagues and support their growth.
