Job summary

KPMG LLP in the United States is seeking a Director, SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Finance Lead to join our Advisory Services practice in Chicago. You will lead SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Finance implementations end-to-end, driving Fit-to-Standard adoption and clean-core principles while engaging with CFOs and finance leaders to translate business requirements into cloud-enabled finance solutions.

Qualifications

12+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience with multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations.
Led at least three SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Finance implementations.
Deep knowledge of Record-to-Report processes (GL, AP, AR, FA, Treasury, FR).
Hands-on with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, CBC, SAP Activate, SAP Cloud ALM, and SAP Business AI capabilities.
Ability to lead executive discussions with CFOs and Finance leadership; willing to travel; authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Finance implementations from design through deployment.
Drive Fit-to-Standard adoption, clean-core principles, and SAP best practices across finance.
Lead client workshops and executive discussions to align requirements with cloud capabilities.
Design and deploy end-to-end Finance solutions including R2R, Treasury, AA, FR, and PFM.
Oversee delivery teams across design, config, testing, data conversion, and cutover; mentor consultants.
