Wabtec Corporation in the United States seeks highly driven finance professionals for its Finance LEAD Rotational Program. This two-year development track offers four six-month rotations across FP&A, Controllership, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Strategic Finance, with hands-on impact and mentorship from senior leaders.

Participants gain broad exposure to key finance processes, leadership training, and cross-functional collaboration, preparing them for high-impact roles within Wabtec’s global

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration)
• Overall GPA ≥ 3.5 and Major GPA ≥ 3.5
• Willingness and ability to relocate during the program; relocation required
• Open to applicants legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
