AbbVie is seeking a Finance Lead in IMCO Oncology Expense Management to drive financial planning and analysis across international markets. You will partner with cross-functional teams to prepare LBEs, plans, and updates, monitor results, and explain variances.

The role emphasizes independent work, tool building, and ad hoc analyses to support leadership. Strong accounting and FP&A experience, plus SAP/BPC, Excel, and Power BI proficiency, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• CPA or MBA a plus.
• 5+ years in finance/accounting, analytics, forecasting or FP&A.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Lead Annual Plan, LRP and LBEs with headcount and project expense projections.
• Prepare schedules and analysis for planning cycles for management review.
• Prepare monthly closing and financial reporting with variance commentary.
• Provide insights into drivers of financial performance.
• Lead monthly financial and performance reviews with leadership.
• Approve purchase orders and invoices.
• Lead ad hoc analyses and process improvements.
