AbbVie's Immunology Finance group seeks an Associate Director to lead finance for Gastroenterology, driving financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision support. The role focuses on Plan, Update, LBE and LRP, delivering concise, executive-ready outputs and ensuring accurate financial statements.

You'll partner with business teams to model market dynamics, optimize resources for launches, and develop staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 8–10 years progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Ability to proactively search out and evaluate business problems and opportunities
• Capable of directing efforts to achieve answers and results
• Proven problem solving and analysis within AbbVie policies and GAAP
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• MBA/CPA/CMA preferred
• Multi-division experience and knowledge of the FP&A process
• Solid understanding of TM1 and mainframe accounting apps

Responsabilités

• Lead SG&A planning processes (Plan/LBE/LRP) and ensure accuracy for Exec review.
• Develop financial models with market dynamics and brand strategy.
• Act as strategic partner for US Gastroenterology and provide deliverables to Exec management.
• Ensure appropriate resourcing for launching functional assets.
• Provide analyses for ad hoc projects to inform LRP objectives.
• Ensure accurate monthly reporting for P&L Actuals and strategic projects.
• Mentor and develop staff to sustain high performance.
