Chewy seeks a motivated and independent Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial leadership at our Fulfillment Center in Salisbury, NC. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Information Systems.
• 3+ years of related experience in Operations, Finance, or logistics.
• Experience in fulfillment, distribution centers, or manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver insights, reporting, and analysis to the FC General Manager and regional leadership.
• Influence decisions through cross-functional relationships with business partners.
• Drive continuous improvement in Operations, Supply Chain, Accounting, and Finance.
• Support strategic planning, target setting, and annual budgeting, with risk analyses.
• Manage planning for variable labor to meet customer expectations at optimal cost.
• Collaborate with data providers and technology teams to ensure timely, accurate data.
• Partner with other locations to support network initiatives and travel as needed.
• Oversee the FC monthly close following Chewy policies.
• Support Capital Planning with financial analysis and business case development.
