Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead the finance team supporting Partner Growth & Strategy (PG&S) within the AWS Partner and Specialist Organization. You will own financial modeling, funding governance, and portfolio analytics for a large portfolio of partner incentives, acting as trusted advisor to PG&S leadership.

The role requires 10+ years of finance/analytics experience, strong leadership, and a track record of building scalable processes.

Formación

• 10+ years of positions that require analysis and reporting financial results experience.
• 8+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience.
• 5+ years of hiring, leading and developing teams experience.
• 12+ years of finance, accounting, or related analytical field experience.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain financial models for partner growth initiatives, including ROI analysis, incrementally evaluation, and scenario planning.
• Design and deliver recurring portfolio reviews for senior leadership (VP/CFO), synthesizing program-level data into strategic insights and resource allocation recommendations.
• Codify initiative design patterns into a Best Practices Playbook (funding mechanisms, approval governance, partner incentive structures) for reuse across new programs.
• Prepare monthly business review content and monthly program updates, narrative write-ups and data-driven recommendations across entire org.
• Evaluate and provide financial input on new proposals from PG&S leadership and their directs, applying appropriate rigor while maintaining partnership.
• Manage a team of finance professionals, setting clear goals to deliver high value impact.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field

MBA, or CPA
