Job summary

Ford is seeking a senior finance partner to lead FP&A for Advanced Electric Vehicle Development, Digital Design and Corporate Design engineering. This onsite hybrid role in Dearborn combines financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting with strategic business partnering across hardware and software initiatives.

You will work closely with engineering leaders, weighing capital and expense decisions, ROI, and headcount.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field required.
• 8+ years of experience in finance and accounting with increasing responsibilities.
• Experience directing work of others and managing cross-functional workstreams.
• Ability to quantify ROI for software, technology or capital programs.
• Working knowledge of internal controls and SOX.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reporting for engineering functions.
