The role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, leadership skills, and experience in a complex corporate setting. Collaboration with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and analyses.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations per policy and SOX.
• Support internal and external financial reporting.
• Analyze results and explain variances year over year.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
• Assist in audit schedules and respond to inquiries.
• Partner with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Payroll and stakeholders.
• Lead fixed asset activities including additions, retirements, depreciation.
• Maintain fixed asset subledger and reconcile to GL.
