Job summary

PNC is seeking a Finance Lead - Card Network Financials & Analytics within the Retail Finance organization. You will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL, or Wilmington, DE, and act as the primary finance partner to Product, Payments, Treasury, and Accounting.

You will own network incentives forecasting, interchange analytics, GL governance, and contract economics while ensuring regulatory compliance and executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

• University degree required with 5+ years of industry experience.
• Experience in finance forecasting, reporting, and analytics preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the preparation of timely financial reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business units to produce revenue, expense, and staffing forecasts.
• Lead annual budget cycle and monthly forecasting with dashboards and insights.
• Support audit, regulatory, and investor requests with accurate information.
• Communicate with senior leaders and foster cross-department partnerships.
