Fermilab’s Finance & Procurement Division seeks an Information Technology Process Analyst II to support budgeting, forecasting, project accounting, and resource management using Oracle PBCS and Oracle E-Business Suite.

The role focuses on developing and improving IT processes, dashboards (OBI), data governance, and cross-trained backup coverage for critical financial systems. Onsite Batavia, IL location with a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3+ years experience in relevant IT/finance processes
• Experience with budgeting/forecasting and financial systems is desirable
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and improve IT processes with minimal oversight
• Plan, coordinate, and potentially lead projects
• Coordinate priorities and communicate with customers and service providers
• Execute and refine existing processes and identify changes
