Responsibilities include applying correct freight factors, maintaining relationships with customers and offices, and supporting tools development while upholding Expeditors’ culture and training requirements.

Qualifications

• Operations/Industry knowledge preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven history of providing exceptional customer service at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management.
• Proven leadership attitude with compliments from customers and coworkers.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer tariffs are accurate and up to date.
• Invoice customers using approved tariffs and maintain profitability.
• Allocate costs accurately and ensure credit terms compliance.
• Apply correct dimensional factors and lineal foot rules for freight.
• Interact with customers throughout invoicing and finance process.
• Maintain good relationships with customers, teammates and offices.
• Use existing tools to invoice shipments and help develop new tools.
• Promote the company’s cultural attributes and attend branch meetings.
